I cannot sign into my course.

Course sign in is from our main page by clicking sign in icon at top right of page.

I keep getting a message I am a bot.

You must click the button twice "slowly".
Make sure you are not "double clicking" the button.

If problem persists, clear your browser's history/cache then close browser. Then open browser again and sign in again.

If that doesn't correct the problem, it is most likely YOUR institutional network blocking access. Contact your IT department. Ask them to stop blocking content from the domain corscanplus.com.

If you cannot get the IT department to comply you need to use an open network to access our contact such as one from home or from a mobile device with WiFi turned off.

I am not receiving new password email or other email.

Wait a few minutes as some mail clients delay email delivery.

If your new password email or other email is not in your inbox please check your junk/spam folders.

Make sure you add corscanplus.com as a trusted sender in your email app to avoid mail going to junk/spam mail.

I cannot upload my "Hands-on" worksheet

The file must be in pdf format AND must be at least 2 pages in length.

If you are trying to upload a single page pdf form from your program you will need to add a blank page.

I cannot upload 10 CFR 19.11 photo.

Most likely your mobile phone camera settings are incorrect. The following must be set BEFORE you take the photo.

Your photos must be in jpeg format.

For Android phones just check camera settings and make changes. Then take photo.

For iPhones go to iOS Settings and swipe down to Camera. Tap Formats.
Tap Most Compatible to set the default photo format to JPG. Then take photo.

I need info for CBNC/NRC/Agreement State forms.

My preceptor has not received my CBNC preceptor letter to sign.

After completing your 80-hour CLT course you must send your CBNC preceptor letter for signature by signing in to your account.

Follow the directions to send your CBNC preceptor letter to your preceptor. Make sure you are sending the signature request to your preceptor's correct email address.

If you have already sent a signature request, make sure your preceptor checks spam/junk mail folders for the notification.

You may send a reminder email if your preceptor has inadvertantly deleted the email signature request.

You may also delete your previous request and send a new one if needed. Please check your preceptor's email address before sending new request.

I need a copy of my invoice receipt.

Your receipt was emailed to your registered email address.

Please check your spam/junk mail if not in your inbox.
